Why should you take part in EWAGA activities?

Ewe Association of Georgia (EWAGA) is founded on the noble principles of love and civic responsibility towards its members in the diaspora, the non-members of the communities we live in, and the Ewe communities of our home countries of Ghana, Togo and Benin.

EWAGA was established to promote Ewe culture and to perform voluntary work in our communities in the diaspora as well as in communities in Ghana, Togo and Benin. Wherever there is need, EWAGA tries to help. As a member of CEANA, EWAGA participates in development projects under the umbrella of CEANA in Ghana, Togo and Benin. These projects improve the welfare of Ewes in these countries. EWAGA also engages in providing assistance to its members in times of need. EWAGA was established to do good and improve the welfare of its members and others.
Every member of EWAGA chooses to join the Association because of the attributes of the Association. These attributes are reflected through the activities of the Association, and the activities provide value. As responsible members of the Association therefore, members must endeavor to participate in these activities, and even endeavor to increase the value of the Association by expanding the scope of the activities within the boundaries of its goals and objectives.
